These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gamingrift.com (the "Site"), operated by Luminadigitl LLC ("we", "us", "GamingRift"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides tier lists, guides, reviews and setup content for live-service games, for informational purposes only. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape or republish its content without permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, articles, guides, reviews, layout, graphics, logos and the "GamingRift" brand — is the property of Luminadigitl LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use or as permitted by law (for example, fair use quotation).

Game names, artwork, screenshots, characters, logos and related trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial, informational and identification purposes only. GamingRift is an independent media outlet and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game studio or publisher covered on the Site.

Affiliate links and advertising

The Site is funded through display advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate partnerships. Some links on the Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence our editorial rankings or recommendations.

No professional advice

Content on the Site reflects our own testing and opinions at the time of publication. Game balance and meta can change with patches; a ranking or build reflects the patch it was tested on and may become outdated. Nothing on the Site should be treated as guaranteed results.

Disclaimer of warranties
